This is the classic version which is stored in a 1lt glass jar. Red, Yellow, Green peppers, carots, fennels, cauliflower - each jar contains seven types of vegetables. They are all carefully selected and hand-cut and then they are matured into a natural liquid which is a mix of vinegar, water, sugar and natural aromas without additives.

"...We started making our handmade Italian pickles six years ago, in our restaurant in Malo as we wanted something different to go with a dish for our new menu. After this first experiment, and thanks to my wife Luciana’s enthusiastic and critical support, I made a version with a longer storage life.

Today our pickles are still handmade following a simple and traditional process with no chemical additives: each of the seven vegetables contained in our product are carefully selected, hand-cut and prepared in our little workshop in the Veneto region. The result is a colourful, crunchy and tasty product which is a treat for your eyes and mouth!
