An original Blanc de Noirs, composed of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meuniers, aged exclusively in stainless steel and obtained from an assembly of 60% of wines from the last vintage with 40% of reserve wines dating back to over 10 years.
An excellent brut with a dosage of 7 gr. Liter, perfect for a structured aperitif or to accompany cold cuts and cheeses. Fruity and powerful, as well as surprising in length in the mouth. Excellent value for money.
