A great classic from the oldest Champagne house.
The grapes used for the production of Champagne Grande Réserve by the Gosset maison come from vineyards located in the best Crus of the Marne district, and more precisely in the villages of Aÿ, Bouzy, Ambonnay, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Villers-Marmery.
Vinification The vinification and subsequent aging on the lees are carried out following the traditional method, avoiding any premature oxidation. Malolactic fermentation is carefully avoided in order to preserve the naturally fruity scents of the wine and ensure perfect conservation. The dosage of this Champagne Brut is 8 g / L. The aging of the wine lasts for at least three years in the cellars of the Gosset maison.
Characteristics Faithful expression of the Gosset style, it is a well structured wine, with a strong character, and, at the same time, with a fine and elegant style: a double personality that makes it suitable for combinations with an elaborate cuisine.
