A nice and original gift to match the appropriate cheese… (Cheese not included)
This "Cheese Curler " traces in reality what has been done in Switzerland with Girolle®, ie a nifty tool that is used to scrape the cheese Tête de Moine, giving it the shape of beautiful flowers of cheese called "Girolle".
It is formed by a wooden plate with a diameter of about 20 cm, with a stainless steel pin fixture on which to rotate the special blade which will thus form the "flowers of cheese".
Equipped with lid for storage.
It can be a nice way to bring the cheese to drink, although many fans exploit this idea of "hobby" at the end of dinner.
