EISWEIN are a type of rare and precious sweet wines. In order to be able to produce them, in fact, it is necessary that the well-ripened grapes remain in the vineyard until the night temperature drops well below zero and for several nights; in this way the part of the water contained in the berry freezes and is then removed during the pressing phase, thus concentrating the sugars in the remaining part of the must.

These are slender and very elegant wines, capable of magnificently accompanying dishes based on foie gras, chicken with almonds and other dishes of oriental cuisine, up to concluding a dinner paired with a Tarte Tatin or simply tout court.

It is advisable to serve it cold but not too cold, so as not to lose the refined aromas and flavors that distinguish it. Enjoy!
