Blanc Tradition Côtes du Jura is obtained from an assembly consisting of 2/3 Chardonnay and 1/3 Savagnin, with aged at least three years in large wooden barrels. It is a dry but round wine, with an aging potential of at least 15 years. Typicality is accentuated by the presence of Savagnin and by a delicate oxidation. It has hazelnut aromas, raisins, tea and honeysuckle. To be served fresh but not cold, it ideally accompanies asparagus, lake and river fish, white meat, fondue, exotic cuisine and mountain cheeses.
