Wine pale yellow with green highlights. Delicate aromas of apricot and white peach, dominated by notes of citrus and more wild. Acidity along with mineral notes, very original and slightly "grumpy". Serve at 9C°.

With its approximately 3000 hectares, the Rheingau is one of the most small production of wine in Germany. The vineyards, places on steep slopes facing south, are protected by Taunus mountains from the cold north wind, thus having ideal conditions for ripening grapes. Worn slate and clay give ideal conditions for maturation of Riesling, which thrives on a soil with a high mineral content.
