Obtained from Italian pigs of the “Mora Romagnola” breed, reared in the hills and in a semi-wild state, fed on free pasture with the integration of short chain cereals. These pigs reach important weights and have a very high quality meat.
The particular size also requires extreme care during the whole maturing phase which lasts for a very long time. Obviously, the quantity is also quite small and we cannot always guarantee its availability. When there is, however, it is truly a product to taste!
If you choose to buy this product, know that it is not a pre-packaged product from the various cured meats industries but that it will be a product that we have selected for our refined clientele of the shop and that will then be specially sliced ​​by us at the time of your request and finally vacuum sealed to protect it during transport to your table.
