Obtained from fresh thighs of pigs born and reared exclusively in Italy, in the Natural Park of the Oglio River, fed only with eco-sustainable and short chain cereals. These extra-heavy Padana pigs reach a weight of about 300 kg and give a very high quality meat.
The particular size also requires extreme care during the whole seasoning phase, which lasts at least 24 months before being sold. Obviously the quantity is rather small and we cannot always guarantee its availability. When there is, however, it is a product to truly taste!


If you choose to buy this product, know that it is not a pre-packaged product, but that it will be the product we have selected for our refined customers of the store and will therefore be specially sliced by us at the time of your request and finally sealed in vacuum to protect it during transport to your table.
